Placing an Order

• Select your preferred size and fabric option for the tablecloth.

• Choose your customization preferences, including background color (Pantone colors supported), logo placement, and artwork positioning.

• Enter your email address in the provided field.

• Upload your logo or artwork file and complete your purchase.

Design Phase

• Our team will contact you via custom@crownshadesusa.com to confirm your design details.

• Professional designers will create a mockup based on your specifications and send the initial rendering for review.

• We will revise the design according to your feedback and reconfirm the final artwork before production.

Production and Shipping

• Once all artwork and order details are approved, production will begin within 48 hours.

• Each tablecloth is custom printed and handmade in our factory.

• Printing production takes up to 5-7 business days.

• Fast shipping typically takes 3-8 business days.

• Standard shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks.

WARRANTY POLICY - Our products come with a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for the custom canopy fabric. The warranty does not cover damage from weather or misuse. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a valid issue. Note that slight color variations from Pantone swatches due to digital printing are not grounds for returns or refunds.
