Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

  • All of Crown Shades' products are eligible for Free Shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. States.
  • Orders will be shipped out by FedEx or UPS within 24 working hours, free of charge.
  • You can expect to receive the item within 2-5 business days after placing your order.
  • We offer FedEx and UPS ground shipping services. Please contact us before placing your order if you require express shipping.
  • We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Your order will be shipped out within 24 working hours, free of charge, to the contiguous 48 U.S. States via FedEx or UPS.
  • Please contact us if you require express shipping before placing your order.

Order Cancellation:

  • You have a 24-hour waiting period after placing your order to cancel it.
  • Please send a cancel request as soon as possible if you change your mind.
  • For any cancel requests over 24 hours after the purchase time, a restocking fee of 10%-20% of the item total may apply.

Upon Delivery:

  • You can expect a complete order with brand-new item(s) as we double-check packages before sending them out.
  • In case of any damages, carefully check the package and item upon delivery.
  • Please contact us immediately if any of the following issues occur:
    • Box damages that may influence the item inside: please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If urgent, take pictures of shipping boxes and item(s) inside, then email them to us.
    • Damaged or missing parts: contact us as early as possible. Claims of damaged or missed parts after 15 days of purchase will not be accepted.
    • Do NOT use the product if there are any damages, or we will not take responsibility for further damages.

Return Policy:

  • 0-15 Days (included): You have a 15-day cooling-off period after receiving the item(s) to request a return, as long as you do not open the original shipping box. A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the item total may apply.
  • 15-30 Days (included): You can request a return within 30 days after receiving the item(s) if manufacturer defects are found. No restocking fee will be applied.
  • Over 30 Days: Return requests will NOT be accepted for any reason after 30 days upon delivery. However, you can contact us for an item exchange or free replacement parts. Costs for replacement parts vary depending on the situation.
