Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping:

  • All of Crown Shades' products are eligible for Free Shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. States.
  • Orders will be shipped out by FedEx or UPS within 24 working hours, free of charge.
  • You can expect to receive the item within 2-5 business days after placing your order.
  • We offer FedEx and UPS ground shipping services. Please contact us before placing your order if you require express shipping.
  • We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

2. Delivery method

We offer Free Shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. 

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For your order, we will send it to you from our overseas warehouse to you, so that the products can be delivered faster In your hands.

3. Change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to  accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

5. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

6. Tracking your order:

If you have not received your confirmation email us care@crownshadesusa.com so we can get everything sorted out ASAP.

If you received a confirmation but no shipment email, we are still working on your order. Don't hesitate to email care@crownshadesusa.com if you would like more information and we'd be happy to check on your order. Please Include your order # in the email.

For Tracking information, it will be in your shipment email. Check the tracking # first or the latest updates. CROWN SHADES, just like you are at the mercy of shipping companies after a shipment leaves our warehouse. If there's been an issue with shipment we will happilly work with you to figure out where the order is and what we can do to help. Once again you can reach out to care@crownshadesusa.com and include your order # in the email. 7. Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at care@crownshadesusa.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

8. Returns:

By placing an order on our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

9. Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
