Made from durable 400D PU-coated fabric, our canopies are designed to withstand the elements while displaying vibrant, high-quality designs through digital thermal transfer.
  • SIMPLE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS- Tell us your ideas, and upload your logo file to get started. We'll provide a design proof within 2 business day and refine it until it's perfect. For more accurate color matching, you can also provide Pantone color codes.
  • FAST SHIPPING - After you approve the design, we’ll print and sew your custom canopy within 3 business days. Once production is complete, your complete canopy, including the customized top, will be shipped. The frame and accessories will ship separately for your convenience.
  • COMPLETE PACKAGE - Includes one customized canopy top, a heavy-duty frame, a Sto 'N Go bag, 4 sandbags, 4 ropes, 8 ground stakes, and 8 hooks—everything needed for a successful event. Also includes your selected sidewall packs.
  • WARRANTY POLICY - Our products come with a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for the custom canopy fabric. The warranty does not cover damage from weather or misuse. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a valid issue. Note that slight color variations from Pantone swatches due to digital printing are not grounds for returns or refunds.

PLACING AN ORDER

  1. Select the size and accessories for your canopy.
  2. Specify your design preferences, such as the background color (using Pantone shades), LOGO position, and image placement.
  3. Enter your email address in the provided field.
  4. Upload your logo file (PDF, AI) and complete the purchase.

DESIGN PHASE

  1. We will contact you viacustom@crownshadesusa.com to discuss the details.
  2. Our designers will create a design based on your specifications and send the initial renderings to you.
  3. We will revise the design according to your feedback and reconfirm the final design with you.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

  1. Once all files and documents are confirmed, the item will enter production within 48 hours.
  2. The canopy top and sidewalls will be custom-made in our factory. The frame will be shipped directly from our US warehouse.
  3. Printing will take up to 7 business days.
