How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders are delivered in 2–5 business days. Custom canopy requires an additional 3-5 business days of design time.

How do I know which canopy size is right for me?

The most popular sizes are 10x10 ft for outdoor events and 12x12 ft for larger gatherings. If you’re unsure, reach out to our team and we’ll recommend the best option based on your usage.

What should I do if I need replacement parts or accessories?
