"The packaged arrived 1 day early. The canopy came in good condition and was pretty easy to setup and take down. When I trierd to put the canopy back in the carrying bag I noticed the zipper was broken and the bag wouldn't close. I used Amazon's 'Contact the Manufacture' feature to report the issue. Their customer service called me pretty quickly to understand the issue and gave me an email address to send a proof photo. After sending the photo, another customer service got back to me and asked for the bag ID. Less than a week I got my replacement carrier bag! Overall the replacement process was super easy and I'm glad that I didn't have to return the product!"
"Wish this would have had grommets as stated in description (UPGRADE FABRIC - Rugged 150D silver coated canopy fabric provides UPF 50+ UV protection. The CPAI-84 rated flame resistant fabric is water repellant and includes drain grommets to protect against water pooling in wet conditions. ). One of main refor purchase. Previous canopy collasped due to pooling water. Is easy to set up."
"I bought a used tent without knowing it was a third party a fault on my end 3 legs would not lock in place I messaged crown thinking I got it directly from them I was wrong but they still sent me a replacement and the third party people offered no option as it was past their return policy but I'd only used it 1 time since I don't go out much.
