How long does shipping take?
Standard orders will be delivered within 2–5 business days. Custom canopies may take 5–14 business days depending on artwork approval.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team right away. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and the package. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or a refund.
Is there an expedited shipping service available?
Sorry for the inconvenience, we currently do not offer expedited shipping services. Shipping takes 2-5 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I return my product?
CROWN SHADES offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your canopy, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Terms & Conditions apply.

How long does it take to set up a Crown Shades canopy?
Thanks to our patented CenterLOK® system, a Crown Shades canopy can be fully set up by one person in 60 seconds.
How do I set up my Crown Shades canopy?
Start by removing the canopy from the STO'N GO Cover Bag and expanding the frame. Use the FAST CLIP system to attach the canopy top, then push up on the CenterLOK® hub until it clicks into place. Finally, extend the legs to your preferred height.If you need help, visit our Setup Guide page for step-by-step video tutorials.
Do I need to remove the canopy top after each use?
You don’t need to remove the canopy top. You can simply put it directly into the cover bag.
Are the sidewalls removable?
Yes, the sidewalls are removable. You can install them when needed or take them off if you prefer not to use them.
Are Crown Shades Canopy products waterproof?
Yes. All Crown Shades canopies are made with durable, water-resistant fabric designed to keep you sheltered during the rain. For best results, always ensure the canopy is fully secured and properly tensioned.
Are Crown Shades products fire certified?
This tent is made with flame resistant fabric which meets cpai-84 specifications. It is not fireproof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source.

Can I customize the canopy with my logo?
Yes, Crown Shades offers custom canopy tents and umbrellas with your brand logo or artwork. You can upload your design on our Custom Canopy page, and our team will send a proof before production.
Does customization require an extra fee?
Design services are completely free with every custom canopy order.
Can I get a quote & mockup before purchase?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide a free quote and complimentary mockup before you place an order. Simply email our team at custom@crownshadesusa.com with your canopy size, logo, and any design notes. We’ll prepare a tailored quote and a clear visual mockup—so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
Can I customize the top separately?

Can I customize the tent size?
We’re sorry, but we currently do not offer custom-sized canopy tents.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Are Crown Shades replacement parts and canopy tops compatible with other brands?
No — Crown Shades replacement parts are designed exclusively for Crown Shades frames.
Each canopy brand uses different frame dimensions, connection designs, and hardware systems, so parts are not interchangeable between manufacturers.
To ensure proper fit, safety, and performance, we always recommend using genuine Crown Shades parts on Crown Shades canopies.
