1. Placing an Order

   • Select the size and accessories for your canopy.
   • Specify your design preferences, such as the background color (using Pantone shades), logo position, and image placement.
   • Enter your email address in the provided field.
   • Upload your logo file and complete the purchase.

2. Design Phase

   • We will contact you via custom@crownshadesusa.com to discuss the details.
   • Our designers will create a design based on your specifications and send the initial renderings to you.
   • We will revise the design according to your feedback and reconfirm the final design with you.

3. Production and Shipping

   • Once all files and documents are confirmed, the item will enter production within 48 hours.
   • The canopy top and sidewalls will be custom-made in our factory in China.
   • The frame will be shipped directly from our US warehouse.
   • Printing will take up to 7 business days.
   • Fast shipping takes 3-8 days, while standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
