• FAST SHIPPING - After you approve the design, we’ll print and sew your custom canopy within 3 business days. Once production is complete, your complete canopy, including the customized top, will be shipped. The frame and accessories will ship separately for your convenience.
• WARRANTY POLICY - Our products come with a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for the custom canopy fabric. The warranty does not cover damage from weather or misuse. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a valid issue. Note that slight color variations from Pantone swatches due to digital printing are not grounds for returns or refunds.
