Fuming white oak furniture - this is nicer than expected.

"Was surprised how nice this product is. I had really low expectations. The metal frame is better than the cheap beach tents. The fabric is thick and ripstop with reinforcements on the corners and friction points. The zippers work great. Instructions are fine. Bag of stakes and tie downs are nicer than expected. All in all it worked well for my oak funing project and I'll bring it back out this winter and use as a greenhouse."

Sturdy, roomy, good value for the price

"After doing a crap ton of research on portable greenhouses, I decided on this kind. (I had one before where I had to piece together the frame. . with missing parts. And then it just wasn't sturdy. ) This one is great! The frame is sturdy and pops up easily with two people. It fits 4 of my half barrel raised beds with room to spare. It DOES say on the packaging that this isn't a permanent structure and to beware of severe weather. We live in a windy area and it has made it through two storms. I loveee it! We did make sure to secure it all the way around at the bottom. We filled the 4 sand bags for the corners and used all of the stakes. We then folded the bottom of the cover towards the inside. We put the raised bed frames on top of the bottom of the cover to keep it secure. So far so good!"

Love this! Great first greenhouse

"So, my indoor plant collection (mostly philodendrons and similar aroid plants) requires more light than my house has to offer indoors. I set this greenhouse up on the porch. (I, being my husband did) We took in to consideration that the other reviews said that the tent ripped at the high pressure points, such as the corner and the center. . so we added extra fabric padding to combat this. I'm located in Pennsylvania and our daytime highs are around 80 and nighttime lows around 55. I found that I need to open up both ends on the hottest days to keep the greenhouse below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It does not keep heat in at night, so I've added a small radiant heater to keep it above 55 on the coldest summer nights. I love it and plan to take it down and winter it indoors. Husband adds: its excellent quality for the cost ( I got it on sale at 88 dollars) its nice and sturdy and the plastic is pretty thick."

This thing is a beast

"I swear the day I put this greenhouse up we had a 50 mile an hour winds. I live in the country so we get lots of gusty winds here. And this tiny greenhouse flopped and fluttered and the walls gusted in and out, but it never budged. It stayed exactly where I put it. Those winds lasted almost 24 hours and this thing never moved. I was sure I was going to have to get it from the neighbors yard. Lol. Now everything that was placed up against the walls was tipped over in a giant pile of mess by the greenhouse stayed put. I had all of the safety straps in place. I had filled the bags with rocks and bottles of water and have them attached correctly. There was one tiny tear, barely there from where it rubbed against one of the polls, but a little duct tape fixed that. I know a lot of people are having problems with it blowing away, but they must not have had it secured correctly because this greenhouse is solid."

Good value for the price!

"Very easy set-up, instructions clear and concise. I did myself - would be slightly quicker with 2 people, but easy enough with just one. 4 sturdy nylon bags (to be velcroed to each of 4 INSIDE corners, should definitely be used for weighting; each can hold 4 bricks, or can hold sand / gravel / soil, although bricks will be simpler and less messy when disassembling. NOTE: the 4 upper corners are reinforced with extra mat'l, to avoid damage, but there are TWO hinge points on each 8'-long side that could do with protection, too: I cut 3"" lengths of foam pool noodle and ziptied into place, should work quite well. On warmer winter days, with direct sun exposure, temp can rapidly climb to 100F+, so you will NEED to open window(s) and/or unzip one door for ventilation. In my climate (N. TX), running a small ceramic space heater will keep inside temp at 50F-55F on 35F-40F nights. Also helpful to use bricks to weigh-down and seal the extra mat'l (flap) at bottom of each wall section, will aid in lessening heat loss at night. I also laid-down a 6x8 tarp, which matches the g-house footprint, and spread bags of pea gravel evenly over it; will absorb moisture and alleviate muddy floor."
