IMPORTANT: This is ONLY the custom-made tent top. It is designed specifically for use with CROWN SHADES frames.

Placing an Order
- Select the size and accessories for your canopy.
- Specify your design preferences, such as the background color (using Pantone shades), logo position, and image placement.
- Enter your email address in the provided field.
- Upload your logo file and complete the purchase.

Design Phase
- We will contact you via custom@crownshadesusa.com to discuss the details.
- Our designers will create a design based on your specifications and send the initial renderings to you.
- We will revise the design according to your feedback and reconfirm the final design with you.

Production and Shipping
- Once all files and documents are confirmed, the item will enter production within 48 hours.
- The canopy top and sidewalls will be custom-made in our factory.
- The frame will be shipped directly from our US warehouse.
- Printing will take up to 7 business days.
- Fast shipping takes 3-8 days, while standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks.

- Optional 600-Denier Double Sidewalls: Ideal for street fairs, privacy, or additional shade coverage.
- Ample Shade Coverage: Provides 100 sq. ft. of shaded area.
- Fast Clip Slide-on Fabric Attachment: Patent-pending design keeps the canopy top tight and prevents water ponding.
- Additional Accessories: Includes one plug-in awning for extended shade coverage and four sandbags (sand not included) for added stability.
- Sturdy Aluminum Legs: Features durable 31.6/25.4 mm aluminum legs with 4-height adjustment using push button control.
- Sto-n-go Pro Mobility Bag System: Equipped with a heavy-duty reinforced handle and 4-inch roller wheels for easy transportation.
- Metal Truss Inserts: Provide additional support for the aluminum frame, ensuring durability through repeated setup and takedown.

Warranty & Support
WARRANTY POLICY - Our products come with a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for the custom canopy fabric. The warranty does not cover damage from weather or misuse. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a valid issue. Note that slight color variations from Pantone swatches due to digital printing are not grounds for returns or refunds.
